We're seeking a dependable, coachable, self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and strong work ethic who will assit with Customer Service, Retention and needs based Sales. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, assisting existing policyholders, focusing on customer retention, identifying coverage gaps and cross-selling opportunities, generating new business, and building lasting customer relationships.

About the Role
This is an insurance generalist role. You’ll handle customer service for existing policyholders and support new prospects with protection conversations—not “one-and-done” work.
