As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jim Tom - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforces our established insurance agency, who's been servicing customers for 36 years. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Engage with existing and prospective insurance customers by phone, email, texting, and in person.
- Provide remarkable service for existing customers’ need, to drive retention. You'll answer customer inquiries, provide policy information, assist customers with policy changes, updates, process insurance claims and follow up with customers as needed.
- Use you insurance knowledge and expertise to uncover customer needs, identify coverage gaps, and recommend tailored solutions from State Farm or alliance products.
- Develop new prospective customers using various methods
QUALIFICATIONSProperty & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (possess or acquire asap)Fast learner who retains material quickly Receptive to feedback and performance coaching

This is in-office/in-person position at a local State Farm Agency located on the far North-Side of Chicago, Illinois 60618.
Compensation $36,000.00 - $65,000.00 per hour
