Licenses
  • Property & Casualty (P&C) license REQUIRED ✅

Experience
  • State Farm Insurance Agency experience REQUIRED✅
About the Role
We’re hiring a replacement State Farm Agent team member to join our office as a generalist. You’ll handle customer service for existing policyholders and support new prospects with protection conversations—not “one-and-done” work.

What You’ll Do

1) Help Current Policyholders

  • Handle customer service inquiries with accuracy and care
  • Address gaps during conversations by asking relevant questions
  • Offer/maximize discounts when available (where permitted)
  • Help customers upgrade coverage to protect what matters
  • Pivot to additional products when appropriate
2) Help New Prospects

Handle new leads from

  • referrals
  • call-ins / walk-ins
  • social media
  • internet leads
  • StateFarm.com leads
  • and other sources

  • P&C license required (Life/Health is a plus)
  • State Farm agency experience required
