State Farm Insurance Agency located in (North Center) Chicago 60618 neighborhood, now is taking applications for the next great Insurance Licensed Customer Retention Representative/State Farm Agent Team Member. You will be providing ongoing customer relationships and contribute to office customer growth. This position focuses on outreach, policy renewals, and relationship maintenance, marketing, along with proactive confident inbound/outbound sales acquisition conversations.

~ Insurance Licenses and Experience preferred, however, a person who's motivated, a fast eager learner, outgoing, results driven person would be someone we'd consider without the mentioned insurance licenses and experience ~

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with existing customers regarding renewals, options, and provide general remarkable service.
  • Review accounts and assist with recommendations to address gaps, updates or changes as needed.
  • Consistently offer to cross sell additional products based on customers' needs and gaps.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records in database and documentation of interactions.
  • Strong follow up on quotes and customer inquiries within same day bus day in order to close, or possess strong follow up
  • Ability to set priorities & manage workflow to ensure efficient, timely & accurate processing of insurance service & sales transactions.
  • Represent the agency at the occasional community events and support local brand growth
  • Willing and able to build a center of influence, network of contacts, to create referrals and generate leads
  • Able to generate referrals and social media reviews
Qualifications
  • Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licensed (must possess or be able to obtain insurance licenses asap

  • Current/recent insurance agency experience preferred
  • Strong proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written) - Is Persuasive

This position is with a local State Farm Agent's office, not State Farm Companies. Candidate must be insurance licensed or able to get licensed prior to office training
Compensation $38,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
