Responsibilities
Have confident, needs-based conversations to recommend the right insurance solutions.

- Follow up on quotes and customer inquiries quickly (same business day when possible) to help close sales.
- Provide excellent customer service, including
- policy updates
- payment assistance
- timely responses to questions and service needs
- proactively resolving issues
- Help grow the agency through
- community event participation
- networking with local professionals
- building a referral network (“center of influence”)
- Use telemarketing and outreach to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Brand the agency and yourself on social media in a professional, consistent way.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our database for every customer interaction.
- Manage priorities and workflows to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.
What You Bring
- Insurance license required P&C required (Property & Casualty) and L&H preferred (Life & Health)
- State Farm or other agency experience preferred.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and critical-thinking skills.
- Coachable and receptive to performance feedback.
- Self-motivated, positive, and accountable for results.
- Friendly, empathetic, patient, and service-oriented.
- Ability to work all day using a phone and computer.
- Comfortable working alone or as part of a team.
- Fast learner who can handle rejection and keep going.

- Total compensation depends on your production, skills, licenses, education, and experience
Part-Time Note This is a Full-Time role, but we may consider Part-Time.
To be considered for Part-Time, you must already have at least a P&C license.
Compensation $40,000 – $65,000 or higher based on production (based on candidate production and experience)
