About the Role
We’re hiring a State Farm Agent team member to join our office as a generalist insurance rep - agent team member. You’ll handle customer service for existing policyholders and support new prospects with protection conversations—not “one-and-done” work.
What You’ll Do

- Handle customer service inquiries with accuracy and care
- Address gaps during conversations by asking relevant questions
- Offer/maximize discounts when available (where permitted)
- Help customers upgrade coverage to protect what matters
- Pivot to additional products when appropriate
✔️ Help New Prospects
Handle new leads from
- referrals, call-ins / walk-ins, social media, internet leads, StateFarm.com leads and other sources

Note Preference will be provided to candidates who possess (State Farm Agency Experience) + now possess (Property & Casualty Licenses) ---- However, for those who are not, we'd consider a person who is able to ACQUIRE Insurance Licenses ASAP, possess strong ethics, are reliable/dependable, possess an enthusiastic personality, with positive attitude, and is coachable
Note This position is with a State Farm independent contractor insurance agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must successfully complete applicable licensing requirements and training programs.
Compensation $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
