State Farm Agent Team Member – Part-Time / Potential Full-Time | In-Office Position

Our established State Farm Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated, personable, self-driven individual for a part-time position with potential to transition into full-time, based on experience, licensing, skills, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, policy assistance, and retention support.
- Identify coverage gaps, recommend solutions, and cross-sell additional products.
- Follow up on quotes, prospects, and customer opportunities.
- Generate new business through calls, referrals, networking, and social media.
- Maintain accurate customer records and complete transactions promptly.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
- Comfortable using phones, computers, and agency systems.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Illinois Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses — currently held or ability to obtain promptly.
- State Farm or other insurance agency experience preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay (doe).
- Additional production-based compensation.

- P&C licensing reimbursement within 3 months of obtaining license, if initially unlicensed.
