RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, addressing or handling all request, or directing them to another appropriate team member.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options, then able to close the sale or transfer to another licensed team member to do so.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Developing new prospective customers
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous customer service and/or sales role preferred.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to acquire insurance licenses asap required
Compensation $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
