RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, addressing or handling all request, or directing them to another appropriate team member.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options, then able to close the sale or transfer to another licensed team member to do so.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
  • Developing new prospective customers via referrals, reviews, networking, etc
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous customer service and/or sales role preferred.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • INSURANCE PRODUCERS LICENSES [Possess or ability to acquire asap]
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.
Compensation $36,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
